Eugenia Tulli

Field of expertise

Eugenia is a lawyer and a translator who has been working in the area of industrial property for more than six years. She is in charge of monitoring the trademark process and she also deals with trademark classification tasks and conflicts with third parties, providing advice to both national and foreign clients.

Moreover, she leads the area related to the surveillance process and trademark comparison in a detailed and responsible way.

As a sworn translator, she participates actively and professionally in the translation of legal and administrative texts regarding IP matters (i.e. trademark descriptions, priority documents, powers of attorney, minutes of mediation, lawsuits, office actions, among others).
