Eugenia is a member of the Firm’s team as an Attorney-at-Law, Registered Patent and Trademark Agent, and Certified English Translator, bringing more than twenty years of specialized experience in Intellectual Property.
As Head of the Patent Department, she leads and oversees the comprehensive management of patent, utility model, and industrial design portfolios for both domestic and international clients. Her responsibilities include developing protection strategies, coordinating projects, assigning tasks within the team, monitoring deadlines and docketing requirements, and supervising administrative proceedings before intellectual property offices in multiple jurisdictions.
She is actively involved in the review and prosecution of patent, utility model, and industrial design applications, as well as in the preparation of responses to technical office actions and examination reports. She also prepares and reviews technical drawings for industrial models and designs, ensuring compliance with all applicable formal and technical requirements.
Eugenia provides technical and strategic advice on patentability, protection, enforcement, and management of intellectual property assets, preparing technical opinions and developing tailored solutions to meet clients’ specific needs.
In her capacity as a Certified English Translator, she translates and certifies technical and legal documentation related to intellectual property rights, ensuring linguistic accuracy and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
