She leads the International Trademark Department advising national and foreign companies, a fact that has allowed her to acquire vast experience in the subject and a broad vision on the protection and defense of trademark assets globally.

She has also participated in important due diligence, in the registration and recovery of domain names registered abroad and, in the drafting, advice, and negotiation of all types of contracts that have trademark rights as objects.

Her extensive knowledge of the different legal systems on the subject abroad has allowed her to collaborate actively in the preparation, coordination, and assembly of dissertations related to this subject.

She has participated in a large number of national and international seminars and is currently an integral part of a working committee in which she actively works.
