He has also participated in important “due diligence”, in the registration and recovery of domain names registered abroad and in the drafting, advice, and negotiation of all types of contracts that have trademark rights as objects.
His extensive knowledge of the different legal systems on the subject abroad has allowed him to collaborate actively in the preparation, coordination, and assembly of dissertations related to this subject.
He has participated in a large number of national and international seminars and is currently an integral part of a working committee in which he actively works.
